Business Rules
Approved employees entitled to $460 towards a comprehensive eye examination ($30 Half price Eye Exam) and corrective lenses if the eye examination determines these are required. If any eye test confirms that corrective lenses are required for the normal viewing distance of an electronic screen or for other duties known to strain eyesight, or due to an eyesight problem which has developed or been worsened by work related duties the Company will contribute a maximum of $460 towards the cost of the corrective lenses (i.e. a pair of glasses or contact lenses) and the examination. Amounts exceeding the maximum limit will be met by the Employee at the point of order.
