Business Rules
Approved DIA staff are entitled to 1 eye exam per year and a $350 contribution towards corrective glasses or contact lenses every 2 years (refer to max spend as to what has been approved). Product costs exceeding $350 to be paid by the staff member (note: the eye exam is paid by DIA and will auto adjust on top of pricing to a total of $380). If the employee is an AA member however, their free eye exam can be used in conjunction.
